In my 40 years of working with the creative problem solving process, and in all of my years of advising clients, there’s never been a time where creativity is needed more. The coronavirus pandemic has forced us to move everything virtual — board meetings and brainstorming sessions on Zoom, family gatherings on FaceTime.
As I said in an interview with Exit Coach Radio, “We have so many issues facing us on all different levels, and really this is the time that we need some creativity.” From defining what the real problem is and crafting creative questions to generating ideas and letting those incubate, use the creative problem solving process to help discover the best solutions.
