Soundview: Do You Want to Be an Innovation Leader?

Innovation is a competitive business weapon.

Organizations that survive in the business world are not the ones with the most money, but the ones who unleash and apply the most creativity. Three ideas that I recommend to leaders for innovation, and highlight in a guest post for Soundview Magazine, are to solve the right problem, generate lots of ideas so that you can choose the best ones, and “force connections to create new ideas.”

One important thing to remember when generating ideas is to not judge them at this time. Write down every idea, but don’t try to change or modify it. Just write it down and judge after.

“The next time you get stuck when you are generating ideas, just look around. Inspiration for new ideas is everywhere.”
