But change is also the catalyst for innovation.
If we are complacent and don’t deliberately innovate by choice, the world around us will force us to innovate – maybe through our competition – or maybe through a pandemic.
I have been in the creativity field for over 40 years.
I have come to believe that Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is one of the most powerful tools that we can use to deal with change. I have seen people use CPS to invent new products, save millions of dollars, effect social change and even save lives.
As I look back over my life, I feel very grateful that I have been able to do this work. So, I would like to pay it forward.

I’m offering a full online course on facilitating the Creative Problem-Solving process and it is FREE!

Working with an actual client on a real problem, I’ll guide you through the entire CPS process, from identifying an initial goal to developing specific action plans.
The course consists of 20 short videos and 11 downloadable PDF worksheets. All free.
The military, leading corporations, top consultants, trainers and universities, including the Center for Applied Imagination at SUNY Buffalo State, are using them because they demonstrate how to actually facilitate the Creative Problem-Solving process.
Along with my book, Create in a Flash: A leader’s recipe for breakthrough innovation, you will have everything you need to deliver a complete innovation training program in your company or at your university.
So, why is this free?
This is my 65th birthday present to you. I have been richly blessed in my life and I want everyone to have high quality, research-validated material that works.
Of course, I’ll be delighted if it piques your interest in Create in a Flash, but you don’t need to buy my book to get access to the free videos and PDFs that will help you unleash your team’s creative power.
Click here to start whenever you like.
Let’s go get creative and make the world a better place!
Thank you.
